In the journal only papers in English are published, which are submitted by Authors from many countries of the world and reviewed by multinational Editorial Board, consisting of  many outstanding scientists from bery many world countries. It has a very attractive editorial form. The journal exists in numerous national and scientific libraries all over the world.
